Bridges is building a high-bandwidth, fully virtualized infrastructure across the Atlantic connecting collaborative US and European research programs. Bridges is implementing, developing and demonstrating the value of the Generalized Virtualization Model to enable dynamic and intelligent networked and globally distributed "application specific" services.
